Thank you for your review. :)
> Subaru's finally resolving all his problem O_O and I'd say that's really a big step forward for him, especially when he'd announced their new 'joint-venture' with the Sakurazukamori. And to see that he finally realised his power as the Head of the Clan. Guess staying a while with Sei-chan really helps character-building xD Plus the fact he is definitely in character, in accordance to the whole story development and his own character's nature.
Though Subaru is only resolving some of his problems (and he does get himself a whole bunch of new ones in the process), but I'm happy that I managed to keep him IC.
Staying with Sei-chan or being forced to live with a manageable schedule for a change, thus having time to figure things out for a change.
> Seishiro did have his fill of 'meeting-in-laws & relatives' adventure ^^ [...] Guess he did leave quite an OK impression with Ameru though ^^
Well, Ameru is almost as obsessed about Subaru as Seishiro is, though for completely different reasons. It certainly helped Seishiro's task that Ameru sees the changes Subaru underwent while being "hidden" from "well-meaning relatives" in the Sakurazukamori's darkness. (My, I sure write melo-dramatic responses this late!)
> [...]But the first paragraph in italics is kinda interesting, with the little thoughts on Runes and its foreigness to Eastern magic...
They'll likely become important in chapter 18 again, and since I last played with runes in 36-8, it was only prudent to give a recap. And who better to use for that than the Tree, which originally was meant to be merely (an admittedly perverted) historical reference of sorts.
> Hope to c how their meeting witht the Home Affair Ministry goes ^^ and guess it IS a revolution in spiritual protection :D
Ministry of Home Affairs is harmless. The other scheduled appointment is going to be *much* more interesting. ;)
