I was about to say something like that too. It's much less significant to share gifts among girls.. particularly schoolgirls who tend to flock and clique and share the same social circles of friends.. than it is to share gifts with friends who have 1) graduated and 2) happen to be male.. because as far as I've seen, guys tend to place less importance on the institution of gift-giving and the like..

lol... It's not a sign of marital BLISS, but if you look at your parents and other married couples, you'll notice that they tend to share presents. Among girls it's different, really. Guys don't USUALLY share presents, I don't think. (Not among themselves, I mean.)
